Ingredients:-
1 boil spinach (finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp. cumin seeds (jeera)
4 Green chili, sliced
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup split moong dal
pinch of Turmeric
1 tbsp. urad dal
salt to taste
2 tbsp. oil
Method:-
1. Take a pan heat the oil add cumin seeds, urad dal sauté them
2. Add onions, green chili is cook till onions are lite brown, now add moog dal cook for few minutes.
3. Then add ginger garlic paste mix well then add turmeric mix it well.
4. Now add chopped spinach and salt to taste sauté them and cook for 12 minutes.
5. Spinach will out of water cook till all water is absolved
6. Now switch off the flam and serve them Roti, and Rice…….enjoy
